She later built a successful career as a Fortune 500 corporate sales executive, developing expertise in high-level negotiations, contract strategy, and client service that continues to shape her approach today. That background, combined with her competitive mindset as an athlete, has become a defining advantage for clients navigating complex real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Michelle remains active in USTA tennis, the Charlotte Pro League, golf, and CrossFit while raising two daughters with her husband in Davidson alongside their two dogs. She also supports community organizations including Ada Jenkins Center and other local charitable initiatives throughout the Lake Norman area.
